- Designing a virtuous cycle between research, education and culture

- I would rather not be a researcher who is monopolized by local connections or a particular school, but I am against the distribution of positions. Be able to play a role, but not be swayed by political winds

- Researchers who can set the value of 518 correctly in the future, and who can provide alternatives (organizational aspects, agenda setting, research capabilities, etc.

- Consideration of spreading the spirit of 518 as inheritance and education rather than 518 dark tours as a cultural industry
